As production livestock shifts toward commercialization, factory farming has replaced local producers. Clover Hill Farm offers an all natural alternative to commercially available beef. We are a third generation family farm focused on producing a quality-finished product in a sustainable manner. We believe that the raw materials of a product and how it is produced dictate its quality. As a farm we are currently certified all natural and sell halves and quarters of freezer beef to customers. Our animals are fed grass hay and finished on grain and corn. The grain we feed is purchased from local dealers and we harvest all of our hay from fields we maintain. Because we are a small-scale operation we are able to provide individual care to each of our animals.

Our customers get the satisfaction of knowing exactly where their beef is coming from and how it was raised.  They receive a premium product that has been raised, with care, to an ideal weight and fat thickness.  We enjoy quality beef and we stay committed to providing our customers with the same tender, great tasting beef experience.  Our distribution channel only involves the producer, the processor and the customer.  The customer, in the end, reaps the benefits of a quality raised animal, custom cut; at a price local retailers cannot match.
