Clover Hill Farm is a third generation family owned farm. We are committed to sustainable farming and producing the highest quality goods possible. Our practices reflect Maine’s heritage, as we continue to use traditional production methods; choosing only those modern technologies that are certified all natural. It is our focus to increase efficiency through providing an ideal growth environment for our plants and animals. We choose not to use growth additives or antibiotics because we believe they interfere with natural producing ability and create a threat to the biosecurity of our produce. We take pride in the personal care and quality control we are able to provide being a small producer. Being a small family farm it is necessary for us to have a diverse range of products to utilize all our natural resources. We currently raise beef cattle and horses, grow farm fresh vegetables, stockpile all natural compost, and make maple syrup as well as jams and preserves. We also offer two of the premier ECTRA sanctioned distance competitive trail rides in the state of Maine. We encourage visitors and love to talk about the farm and animals. |
